Delivering the highest quality support to students
All of our Support Workers meet SLC standards in addition to in-house
training, CPD and continuous supervision, ensuring they deliver the
highest quality assistance to students whilst being supported themselves.
If you have any preferences regarding your Support Worker, please
communicate this with the Student Support Team who will ensure student preferences are taken into account and actioned where possible. You can make your preferences clear on our speedy Booking Form.
Our team prioritises your needs when matching you to your Support
Worker, guaranteeing that you are happy and comfortable. Based on your
preferences, we will ensure that you have sessions that meet your
requirements, whether that is wanting face-to-face or remote sessions, or whether you prefer mornings, evenings or weekends – we can promise to match you to someone who can deliver this.
We regularly check in to make sure you continue to be happy with your support and are always available to answer any questions you may have regarding the DSA process or to point you in the right direction. We have access to a wide range of different services and organisations that we can help signpost you to if further support is needed. Your academic journey is always at the forefront of our services.
