The aim of the assessment is to identify the challenges and strengths of employees and subsequently recommend solutions that benefit both the employee and the employer.

Workplace assessments are offered privately and tailored to help develop the skills of disabled employees and improve the productivity of our clients. Assessments cover all neurodiverse, physical, neurological, and sensory conditions. The aim of this is to assess the challenges and strengths of employees and subsequently recommend solutions that benefit both the employee and the employer.
1. Book an assessment
Arrange your assessment and our team will work with you to identify your specific needs. We will coordinate the date, time, and location for the assessment.
2. Receive recommendations
Receive recommendations from our expert Workplace Assessors.
3. Choose funding option
There are two funding options available, you can either purchase solutions privately or apply for Government funding through the Access to Work Grant.
4. Receive solutions, equipment, support, and training
We are to provide full support and aftercare to ensure you access your support arrangements, equipment, and training, whether that is with us or another company.
