I was unsure what to expect when I turned up for my assessment. The assessment was really good and the staff was very nice and kept ensuring that I was okay with everything and understood it all. Making the appointments was really easy and I got reminders a couple of days before my appointment which ensured that I didn’t miss the appointment. Joe is always thoughtful, in that he asks which IT training i would prefer at the beginning every lesson, which i find very helpful for my college needs. He is patient and willing to discuss topics if i have not grasped the point. His style of teaching is very thorough and rewarding for myself, as for the first time i now feel more confident in attempting to experiment on the laptop, due to his calm teaching style.
